1.        Agenda is completed with assignments and important dates marked
2.        Items are checked off in the agenda
3.        2-3 Inch Three Ring Binder
4.        Pencil Pouch
5.        Two or more pens
6.        Two or more pencils (w/ extra lead for mechanical pencils)
7.        Hole Puncher
8.        Highlighter
9.        Divider for each subject clearly labeled
10.    Each section is neat and organized
11.    Filler Paper in front or back of binder
12.    Tutorial Logs are in AVID section
13.    Learning Logs are in AVID section
14.    There are NO loose papers in the front or back pouch
15.    There are Cornell Notes for each academic subject
